We are a commercial Plumbing and HVAC company looking for Virtual Assistant to help us with Customer Service, Data Entry Tasks, Invoicing, and Lead Generation. This is a 40 hours per week position and requires the freelancer to be in front of a computer from 1:30pm - 9:30pm PDT
Responsibilities:
1\. Customer Service:
- Answer Phone Calls between
- Respond to Customer Messages (Text, Website chat) as they come in
- Requirements: Must have excellent English fluency and telephone skills. Understanding of Plumbing and HVAC
2\. Data Entry:
- Fill out timesheet based on employee and vehicle GPS location records
- This requires you to review daily timesheets and trace the location of Technicians and vehicles using our GPS system
- Requirements: Previous experience in HR/Timesheets or GPS systems is a plus
3\. Invoicing:
- Create invoices for Plumbing and HVAC
- Requirements: A/R, Finance, Accounting knowledge is a plus
4\. Lead Generation
- Manage Email and Voice campaigns
- Book Appointments
- Requirements: Marketing experience, cold calling experience is a plus
