Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and recommending candidates for corporate and retail positions throughout the Bank.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Operate within recruiting plan to attract talent needed based on business need.
• Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, including but not limited to advertising, database searches, sourcing of active and passive candidates, networking, internal and external referrals, social media, college/university recruiting, and job fairs.
• Screen candidate resumes to ensure required skill set for open position.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and make recommendations for hiring managers.
• Develop and manage relationships with community organizations and agencies to identify diverse pool of candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to establish a pipeline for future positions.
• Maintain all required recruiting activity and reporting information in ATS.
• Create job offer and present to candidate.
• Ensure the candidate passes all required background checks.
Required Skills:
• Outstanding sales and persuasiveness skills.
• Basic-to-intermediate PC skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent verbal, written, non-verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Must possess good time management, multitasking, and stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner consistently.
• Must handle multiple concurrent tasks successfully by prioritizing tasks and resources.
• Must have proven ability to establish relationships.
• Must have proven ability to recruit candidates using various methods, including but not limited to: advertising, database searches, sourcing of active and passive candidates, networking, internal and external referrals, social media, college / university recruiting, and job fairs.
Required Experience:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 0-3 years’ cumulative sales-related or recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred
• Corporate recruiting experience and/or recruitment experience within a Financial Institution preferred.
