A Day in Your Welding Booth

Morning starts with a blueprint in hand and a clean, calibrated setup. You plan the sequence, select the right process, and lay down consistent beads across steel, aluminum, and stainless components. By midday, you’re validating fit-up and tolerances, making fine adjustments, and keeping your station organized. You wrap the day by inspecting your work, recording results, and sharing tips with teammates and newer welders.

How You’ll Contribute

• Transform detailed blueprints and technical drawings into precise weldments that meet spec.
• Execute MIG, TIG, and stick operations on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel with consistent quality.
• Verify weld integrity and finish, ensuring compliance with quality standards before release.
• Keep welding tools and equipment maintained, clean, and in optimal working condition.
• Collaborate closely with peers to move projects forward efficiently and safely.
• Champion safety protocols and best practices to protect yourself and the team.
• Support and coach new welders when needed, sharing knowledge and techniques.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience as a welder with a solid project portfolio.
• Proficiency across MIG, TIG, and stick processes.
• Confidence reading and interpreting technical documentation and blueprints.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a pride in craftsmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills; effective both independently and on a team.
• Valid welding certification preferred (not required).
