A Junior Salesforce Administrator supports the Salesforce Administrator in managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform within an organization.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration and customization: The Junior Salesforce Administrator assists in configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform to meet the organization's specific needs. This involves creating custom objects, fields, and workflows, as well as configuring user profiles and security settings.
• User support and training: The Junior Salesforce Administrator provides support to users of the platform, answering questions and resolving issues. They also assist in providing training to new users and creating training materials and documentation.
• Data management: The Junior Salesforce Administrator helps in maintaining the integrity of the data within the platform. This involves importing and exporting data, creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce and PowerBI, and performing regular data hygiene tasks.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
• Experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and data management, is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the Salesforce space
• Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified App Builder, is preferred but not required
