Hazel The Salon is growing, and we’re looking to add stylists to our team who are passionate about their career and eager to be part of a supportive, education-driven team. Hazel opened in 2020 with a vision built on community, integrity, empathy, collaboration, and education. At Hazel, our goal is for you to never feel like you’re on your own. We work together to create an environment where both clients and stylists thrive.

What We’re Looking For

• MA-licensed cosmetologist (recent graduates welcome to apply or those looking for an apprenticeship).
• Passion for hair and client care, with an openness to learning and growth.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and accountability in both service and schedule.
• Interest in education and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Provide hair services (cut, color, extensions, styling, treatments) with a focus on client experience.
• Collaborate with team members in a non-competitive, supportive environment.
• Continue learning through in and out of salon education, and collaboration.
• Assist in maintaining a professional and welcoming salon space.

Projected Total Compensation: $45,030.42 - $95,025.88 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
