Job Description

Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in Madison, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various computer systems and databases. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately into internal databases and systems

  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections

  • Maintain updated records of company databases and physical files

  • Generate reports, retrieve data as requested, and perform regular backups

  • Follow data integrity and security policies

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure data consistency

  • Perform clerical duties such as scanning, printing, and filing as needed

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar administrative role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with a high degree of accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data confidentiality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
