This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly handle both executive and personal tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations. No two days will be the same, making it an exciting and fast-paced position.

What You'll Do:
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements (domestic and international).
Oversee real estate projects, including insurance coordination, vendor payments, and task lists.
Reconcile bank accounts and manage bill payments.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
Run personal errands such as picking up supplies and arranging meetings.
Travel between various offices, homes, and project locations as needed.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
A background in real estate is a plus but not required.
