**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers / Lumpers to join our team at Humano, a third-party warehouse provider. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading, receiving, loading, forklift driving, order selecting, palletizing, and other general warehouse tasks. **Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must pass pre-employment background checks, drug screens, e-Verify, and other verifications as required

**Responsibilities:**
- Unloading trucks and containers using proper equipment
- Handling and moving materials safely and efficiently
- Operating forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and lifts as needed
- Picking warehouse orders accurately
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals

**Additional Information:**
- Full-time position with Monday to Friday 2nd Shift schedule (2:30 - 4:30 variable start time) and occasional overtime, including some Saturdays during peak season
- Competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $29.00 per hour based on daily productivity metrics
