We're looking for a UX Designer with strong UX and UI Design skills to help us make the performance of complex tasks an intuitive, elegant, and satisfying user experience. As part of the growing Idera UX team, you’ll work with innovative and dedicated UX designers and product teams focused on creating software for our users that is powerful, feature-rich, yet easy to use.
Create user-centered designs for Idera applications and tools through research, user interviews, and usability testing.
Identify existing usability gaps and make recommendations to correct them
Work with product teams and engineers to design or refine solutions throughout a product lifecycle from concept to launch to continuous improvements.
Design and develop key interactions, wireframes, user flows, mockups, visual design comps, interactive prototypes and user interface design specifications in a fast-paced environment.
Efficiently and intelligently iterate designs, adjusting to technical requirements, and incorporating usability findings into the designs.
1 to 3 years experience designing complex digital applications (enterprise-level experience is a huge plus)
Experience conducting user research, performing research analysis and creating supporting UX documentation.
Demonstrated experience having translated abstract requirements into user workflows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and UI development requirements that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Willingness to work in a collaborative, iterative product development process
Portfolio of past work with examples in web and enterprise
Organized and proactive with exceptional attention to details. You’re more than capable of juggling multiple tasks and assignments at once, and when time occasionally permits, you find opportunities to improve internal processes as well
Experience using style guides, common component libraries and Sketch libraries
Expert knowledge of UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InVision, Inspect and Zeplin
Comfortable working remote while collaborating with global remote product teams.
A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, best practices, and usability principles, interaction design and accessibility concerns.
3rd Level Qualification in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Design, Engineering or similar.
Experience designing for enterprise applications and/or developer tools with data-intensive UI’s.
Experience designing for products with large, established customer bases.
Experience working in waterfall and Agile development cycles.
Experience working on multiple products and projects at once
