We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Duties: Operate various types of trucks, including tanker, roll-off, and tractor-trailer units. Safely transport freight to designated locations while following established routes. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other equipment as necessary. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck. Skills: Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License). Familiarity with tanker operations, refrigerated trailers, and route driving is preferred. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts safely. Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and safety protocols. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Attention to detail in maintaining logs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
