Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications using CA 2E (Synon) on the IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
Enhance and support existing Synon applications and integrate them with other internal or external systems.
Develop and modify programs, procedures, and reports to meet business needs.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of application issues.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation , including specifications, change requests, and program logic.
Support migration, modernization, and upgrade projects related to AS400 applications.
Provide production support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
