Sr. UI/UX Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a Sr. UI/UX Designer at a global B2B Software company. This role will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions and world-class product experiences that transform how people work around the world.

This is a 5-month project (extension possible), 40 hours per week. Remote in the US.

This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with UX Leads, Technical Product Management, Strategy, and Engineering to understand product requirements and turn them into stunning, high-quality, user experiences
• Collaborate with other designers, user researchers, business analysts, and software engineers to enable the design process, inspire productive dialog, participate.
• Collaborate in concept development and design ideation for new product features.
• Produce design deliverables including user flows, sketches at various levels of fidelity, wireframes, journey maps, document results of design related meetings, and annotate and document design deliverables.
• Strong online, or distributable, portfolio/work samples required.

Requirements:

• Strong visual design skills is a major skill requirement for this role. Being able to think outside of what is expected will go a long way.
• Proven skills in interaction design and user experience principles with a minimum 3 years of professional design experience, including user experience design of enterprise applications.
• Mobile experience is a strong plus.
• Experience working with a developing design systems and reusable patterns and components is also a big plus.
• Experience working closely with product and technology organizations.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX issues and review the results of user research.
• Possess an understanding of what is reasonably possible to achieve within the boundaries of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience employing user experience practices in the of Agile/Lean methodologies preferred

Compensation: $65/hr. - $71.43/hr.
