As the Senior Director of Human Resources, you will be a strategic partner in shaping the organizational culture and managing a broad spectrum of HR functions. Your role will encompass employee relations, hiring, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), people operations, benefits administration, and staff training. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a supportive and productive work environment that aligns with Collective Measures' values.
