Job Description:
Our customer is hiring a senior Oracle HCM Business Partner / Solution Architect to assist with the implementation of the Time and Labor module. The right person will have a Solution Architect type of background and deep knowledge of Oracle HCM - specifically the Time and Labor module. He or she will understand how modules are configured, and be able to execute testing. The consultant will also ensure the SI/implementation partner is staying on track with their development and configuration efforts, will help organize the testing, and be able to jump in and be hands on if needed, etc.
