**Job Title: Strategic Sales Manager - Contract Accounts**

We are seeking a dedicated **Strategic Sales Manager - Contract Accounts** to lead sales efforts, manage key accounts, and drive business expansion across multiple regions. **Key Responsibilities:**

✅ **Drive Sales Growth & Account Management**

- Achieve sales, gross profit, and delivered-margin financial targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow and diversify client relationships.
- Lead sales efforts across multiple locations and regions, ensuring seamless execution.

✅ **Client Relationship & Account Strategy**

- Serve as the primary contact for large multi-location contract accounts, ensuring a strong business partnership.
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct high-level meetings with key decision-makers to align business objectives.

✅ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**

- Work closely with contract sales teams, customer experience teams, and procurement departments to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Ensure smooth transitions of accounts from business development teams to regional sales and customer support teams.

✅ **Contract & Business Planning**

- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and agreements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Oversee pricing structures, business terms, and financial planning to ensure profitable account growth.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track sales performance and uncover new business opportunities.

✅ **Sales Execution & Customer Engagement**

- Lead sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and expand business relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends and customer insights to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

**What You Bring to the Role:**

✔ **Education & Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in contract sales, business development, or related industry.

✔ **Skills & Abilities:**

- Strong ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
- Excellent consultative selling, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales portfolios and business plans.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for sales planning, forecasting, and customer engagement.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
