Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What you’ll do: - Act as point of contact for candidates, recruiters and interviewers
- Schedule virtual and onsite interviews as well as travel and accommodation arrangements and reimbursements when required
- Develop strong candidate and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Recruiting, etc) and maintain effective communication channels
- Host candidates and ensure the on-site interview process is seamless
- Assist with Recruiting Operations projects and initiatives
What you need: - 0 - 1+ year of experience as Recruiting Coordinator in a high volume, fast paced role, preferably a startup (we will consider applicants without recruiting experience, if they are interested in the space)
- Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Workspace and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Keeping a growth mindset with a positive attitude in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take on ad hoc recruiting projects
This role requires a regular on-site presence at our headquarter in San Jose, CA. with an expected in-office schedule of approximately three days per week.
