Description We are looking for a skilled Senior Recruiter to join our client's team in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will excel in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Utilize platforms like CareerBuilder to identify and attract top talent. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs. - Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. - Conduct cold calls and outreach to engage passive candidates. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. - Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and deadlines. Requirements - Proven experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment. - Proficiency in using CareerBuilder and other recruiting tools to source candidates. - Strong ability to conduct cold calls and engage with passive candidates. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders. - Familiarity with recruitment strategies in the retail or financial services industry is a plus. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
