Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our projects on track and our teams aligned. Please note: this is an on-site position only. Remote work is not available, and out-of-area candidates will not be considered. Please do not apply if you are not local.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in problem-solving to keep projects on schedule.
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and documentation to support project planning and execution.
Support project managers and leadership with administrative and logistical tasks.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be local; remote or out-of-state applicants will not be considered.
