What You'll Be Doing:
Lead with Vision: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the CSA program, ensuring adherence to the Wraparound model and program guidelines.
Empower Your Team: Supervise, train, and evaluate program staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Champion the Wraparound Approach: Ensure staff consistently implement the ten principles of the Wraparound model in all their work.
Build a Strong Team: Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations in collaboration with the AVP of Child, Youth and Family Services.
Provide 24/7 Support: Be available for emergency on-call beeper coverage, ensuring continuous support for our clients.
Make a Community Impact: Conduct some community visits, providing direct support to youth and families.

What We're Looking For:
Educational Foundation: Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
Licensure: LICSW or LMHC required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program is preferred.
Skills: Access to consistently reliable transportation.
