We're looking for a passionate Program Manager to join our Community Service Agency (CSA) team! What You'll Be Doing:
Inspire and Lead: Provide vision, leadership, supervision, training, and evaluation for our dedicated program staff.
Empower Your Team: Directly supervise Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners, guiding them in their important work.
Champion the Wraparound Model: Ensure our team consistently applies the ten principles of the Wraparound model to provide holistic care.
Develop Talent: Lead the hiring and training of staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional growth in collaboration with the AVP of Child, Youth, and Family Services.
Provide 24/7 Support: Be a reliable resource by providing back-up 24/7 emergency on-call beeper coverage.
Create Positive Change: Help youth and their families navigate the system and access the care they need to build brighter futures.
What You'll Need:
Education: Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
Licensure: LICSW or LMHC.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program (preferred).
Skills:
Access to consistently reliable transportation.
