What You'll Do:
Inspire and Lead: Provide visionary leadership, supervision, and mentorship to program staff, ensuring the effective implementation of the CSA program.
Empower Your Team: Offer direct 1-1 supervision to Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners, fostering their professional growth.
Champion the Wraparound Model: Ensure staff consistently adhere to the ten principles of the Wraparound model, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.
Build a High-Performing Team: Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations, working closely with the AVP of Child, Youth and Family Services.
Provide 24/7 Support: Offer back-up 24/7 emergency on-call support, ensuring continuous care for those we serve.
Foster Collaboration: Promote a collaborative approach, working with youth, families, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Embrace Flexibility: Balance community visits with remote work, providing flexibility and support to your team.

What We're Looking For:
Education: Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
Licensure: LICSW or LMHC required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Program Management: Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program (preferred).
Skills: Access to reliable transportation.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $89,000 per year.
