As the Principal Product Manager - Tech, Marketing Asset Supply Chain, you will be the driving force behind a transformative initiative that touches every aspect of our entertainment marketing operations. You'll own the end-to-end technical vision and execution of a comprehensive marketing technology suite that includes digital asset management, workflow automation, and analytics capabilities. This platform will serve as the backbone of our global marketing operations, enabling teams to work more efficiently, make data-driven decisions, and scale our marketing efforts effectively across regions. Your role will be highly strategic, requiring you to balance immediate operational needs with long-term technological innovation. You'll need to deeply understand our marketing workflows, identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and architect solutions that can scale with our rapidly growing business. You'll work closely with marketing stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver solutions that dramatically improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision making. This position requires someone who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels - from developing multi-year technology roadmaps to making detailed product decisions. You'll need to navigate complex organizational dynamics, build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, and drive standardization across global teams. Success in this role means not just building great products, but driving organizational change and adoption at scale. We're looking for a seasoned product leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and a track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-year technology programs. They should be equally comfortable discussing technical architecture with engineers, debating product strategy with executives, and working with marketing teams to understand their operational needs. This person should have a passion for solving complex problems at scale and experience with marketing technology, digital asset management, and workflow automation. They should be a strategic thinker who can see beyond immediate problems to develop comprehensive, future-proof solutions. Most importantly, they should be an excellent communicator and collaborator who can build trust with stakeholders, inspire teams, and drive alignment across multiple organizations. Key job responsibilities - Own and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for a transformative marketing technology platform - Partner with marketing leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Lead the development of an integrated suite including campaign planning, digital asset management, creative workflow tools, trafficking solutions, and analytics platforms - Define and standardize workflows across global marketing organizations - Make strategic decisions about build vs. buy technology solutions - Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholder groups including Studios, Programming, and Regional Marketing teams - Develop metrics and success criteria for measuring impact and ROI - Lead and mentor product managers across the platform's suite of products Basic Qualifications - 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience - 8+ years of technical product or program management experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience technical product management Preferred Qualifications - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement - Experience in digital asset management, asset supply chain, and digital marketing campaign operations within subscription video on-demand over-the-top streaming television products and industry. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
