Key Responsibilities:
Pega Development: Design, develop, and implement Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Pega Smart Dispute Framework: Utilize your knowledge of the Pega Smart Dispute framework to develop and enhance applications related to dispute management.
Workflow Streamlining: Optimize and streamline workflows for intake and investigation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Fraud & Dispute Claims: Develop and support Pega applications focused on consumer claims for fraud and disputes, ensuring robust and compliant solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pega Developer.
In-depth knowledge of Pega Smart Dispute framework.
Proven experience in streamlining workflows for intake and investigation processes.
Strong background in handling consumer claims for fraud and disputes within Pega applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Pega certifications such as CSA (Certified System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect).
Experience with other Pega frameworks and tools.
Familiarity with financial industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of integration techniques and APIs.
