Parallel Employment is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Order Selectors to join our team in the Kenosha area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed and shipped in a timely manner. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications Utilize hand-held devices or RF scanners to manage order selections Maintain an organized and efficient work area Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Handle inventory management tasks, including stock rotation Adhere to all safety policies and practices within the warehouse Requirements Previous experience as an Order Selector or in a similar warehouse role Familiarity with RF scanners or other order selection technology Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets Effective communication skills and teamwork attitude Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a warehouse setting Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends if necessary Benefits Temp to perm for the right candidate #ind456 EOE
