SUMMARY:
The Manager, Marketing and Communications, under the direction of the supervisor, is responsible for the implementation of marketing and communications tactics that sustain and strengthen marketing strategies for the brand, service lines, and programs of Luskin Orthopaedic Institute for Children (LuskinOIC) and Luskin Orthopaedic Institute for Children Foundation. This role provides comprehensive support and assistance with day-to-day department activities, exercising independent judgment and creativity. In addition, this role will provide project support to the Senior Director, Marketing, Communications & Strategy and others, as requested. Essential to the job are excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, multiple project management, liaising with various vendors and stakeholders, high-level proficiency in Excel, PPT, PDF, social media platforms.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
