Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. The Manager/LFO Global & US Large segment is responsible for Finance and strategic decision support to the Global & US Large segment, representing ~5,000 active customers. The role will have significant interaction with senior business leaders, Finance, and staff groups. The position also provides leadership opportunities. The successful candidate will closely work with senior leaders in the GCS organization, Finance, FP&A, Pricing, and Performance & Insights teams to provide financial data-driven insights to help the segment grow profitably. **Specific responsibilities include:** **Global & US Large Segment P&L Management** * Prepare and lead monthly financial reviews with business partners. * Partner with Data Science team to continuously enhance billing forecasting models. * Partner with the business to manage the segment operating expenses. * Leverage Lumi to go behind P&L results and to identify key business drivers. **Lead Global & US Large Customer Margin Reporting & Analytics** * Build and enhance customer margin capabilities through Lumi. * Develop reporting tools (Tableau) to communicate customer margins to the business. * Leverage customer margins to influence Pricing and business decisions. **Lead Strategic & Financial analysis to influence business decisions** * Lead data-driven analytics to help segment achieve long and short-term aspirations. * Represent finance in cross functional strategic initiatives. * Deliver in-depth billings analytics at customer, industry, merchant levels to identify key trends. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Highly motivated individual with an ability to drive results and work with ambiguity * Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages to influence business partners * Effective relationship, communication, and collaboration skills * Strong financial modeling skills, Lumi/SQL coding, and Tableau/PowerBI * Intellectual curiosity * 3 years of finance or strategic planning experience **Qualifications** Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
