**Job Overview:** **Maintenance Supervisor - Tucson, AZ** The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, planning, and overseeing the Maintenance department, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. This role drives area-specific maintenance projects and process enhancements while supporting a team of approximately 12 technicians. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position works closely with Production, EH&S, Quality, HR, Finance, and Engineering teams. **Shift & Schedule** Full-time | 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM Flexibility to work outside of standard hours, including weekends and holidays, is required as needed. **What you will do:** + Lead TPM efforts and continuous improvement initiatives + Apply Lean problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.) + Ensure equipment reliability to maximize productivity and product quality + Support technicians in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues + Implement process improvements to enhance changeover and line efficiency + Optimize asset utilization and plant performance + Provide training to upskill maintenance technicians + Schedule and manage preventive maintenance tasks and priorities + Oversee and inspect major contractor work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) + Foster positive, professional relationships with employees and contractors + Enforce safety protocols and best practices + Leadership Expectations + Foster a culture of trust, well-being, and employee engagement + Drive accountability through shared goals and consistent coaching + Encourage diverse perspectives and a learning-focused environment **Leadership Expectations** + Foster a culture of trust, well-being, and employee engagement + Drive accountability through shared goals and consistent coaching + Encourage diverse perspectives and a learning-focused environment + Create a safe and motivated space with clear expectations **Total Rewards:** + **Compensation:** + This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly basis.
