We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to join a leading global technology company. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance brand suitability targeting and marketing measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into the company's platform, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Process and analyze terabytes of social media data to build models that generate accurate insights for brands and advertisers.
• Optimize the performance of machine learning models using distributed systems.
• Ensure rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices for quality assurance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, particularly with LLMs and RAG systems.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL (especially Snowflake).
• Strong experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and large-scale machine learning frameworks.
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with computer vision is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Open to exploring new technologies and developing innovative solutions.
