Position Overview
We are currently seeking a remote Leadership Education Director to drive brand growth and lead generation efforts. This role focuses on team building, client outreach and ongoing personal development to advance our educational products. We seek a proactive, results-oriented individual who values both personal and professional advancement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and team members daily.
• Develop initiatives to reach and engage our target audience
• Collaborate effectively within teams to strengthen outreach efforts
• Participate in personal development activities 

Qualifications

• Ambitious with a strong desire to make a positive impact
• Self-driven with a results-based focus
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Goal-driven with an interest in growth within a flexible, performance-based role
• Competent with basic digital tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leadership development, education, team management, marketing or sales is preferred (training provided if needed)
• Professional and personable communication style, both written and spoken
