Our office in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Lead HRIS Analyst for our Human Resources Data Solutions Team to perform business/applications system analysis, developing HRIS solutions to highly complex business problems and assists with the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of those solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that our HRIS systems align with business objectives and continue to support the needs of our organization.

This position will be hybrid, requiring 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical/functional expert in numerous business areas of HR software including UKGPro (HRMS), UKG Dimensions (Attendance) and the Microsoft 365 Office Suite to provide enhancements to new and existing business practices involving both internal and external
  • Serve as a technical/functional expert using and/or creating business practices and solutions involving general HR, payroll, benefits, compensation, attendance, employment and HR sectional activities.
  • Serve as Lead Business Analyst in one or more HR functional areas
  • Serve as Lead Project Manager on one or more HR functional/technical projects
  • Analyze and define system's scope, objectives, and costs based on both business needs and user needs and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Works closely with users (both internal and external) to develop business
  • Lead and participate in all activities required to develop and prepare program specifications for highly complex application systems. Also establish deliverables related to the project and ensures the use of established

  • Oversee projects and provide leadership and mentoring in both technical and functional aspects of the job and HR systems, includes instructing, directing and checking the work of others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 9+ years' experience in multiple and/or highly complex application areas or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • General knowledge of database systems and best practices with experience reading and writing SQL queries
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Experience in utilizing Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Python and/or Powershell to develop solutions to business problems is a plus
  • Experience with any of the following Software is a plus: UKGPro/Dimensions, Workday, Oracle HCM, Microstrategy, Cognos Business Intelligence, Microsoft Office 365, Teradata or Amazon S3
