Role Purpose Statement

This role supports the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies and procedures. It ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws and provides local support in employee relations and recruitment efforts.

Main Accountabilities

• Support the Senior Recruiter with full-cycle recruitment activities

• Prepare onboarding materials and assist in delivering new hire orientations

• Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with departmental hiring managers

• Initiate and manage background checks and drug screening processes

• Actively network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and internal employee referrals to source candidates

• Generate and distribute weekly reports on open positions

• Coordinate logistics for orientations, job fairs, and other hiring events; provide on-site support as needed

• Research and recommend innovative sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates

• Leverage online platforms for recruitment, including posting jobs on appropriate sites and exploring new digital sourcing methods

• Utilize social media and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates

• Advertise job openings in newspapers, with professional organizations, and other relevant outlets

• Track and maintain sourcing data to optimize recruitment strategies

• Perform general administrative duties and maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience within Human Resources

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization

• Strong analytical, written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage large candidate pools

• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and support various HR functions

• Bilingual is a plus

• This role is on-site at the airport, willing to commute every day.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends required as needed
