Must-Have Skills - 10+ years of experience as HCM Recruiting Lead
- Workday Recruiting Certification
- Proven experience in Workday Recruiting design and configuration
- Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience with Workday implementations in higher education
- Familiarity with standard Workday implementation deliverables (e.g., configuration workbooks, business process documentation)
- TN visa sponsorship is available for successful candidates.
