Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized haircuts, color services, and treatments based on client needs
• Build and maintain a clientele by delivering exceptional service
• Stay open to coaching and continual learning
• Adhere to our salon’s sustainability and professionalism standards

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional hair styling experience
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive environment
• Passion for continuous education and skill development
• Available for some evening shifts and rotating Saturdays
