- Please note: this position is located onsite in our Ann Arbor office. All applicants should submit a portfolio or your work in graphic design and product photography to be considered for this role.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, product packaging, and digital assets.
- Utilize your expertise in product touch-ups and photography to enhance the visual appeal of our products and elevate our brand.
- Take ownership of product photography, coordinating photoshoots, providing art direction, and ensuring high-quality imagery that showcases our products effectively.
- Photograph a wide range of products in our in-house studio or on location.
- Ensure that all product images meet our quality standards and accurately represent the products.
- Edit and retouch product images as needed to enhance their visual appeal and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Follow and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support overall marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time to meet internal and external customer expectations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.

Desired Qualifications: - high school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise in product touch-ups and photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with product photography and photo editing software.
- A passion for creativity and a desire to push the boundaries of design.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
