Harmony Foods is seeking reliable, hands-on team players to help produce and pack high-quality products in a clean, safe, and supportive workplace. Job Description Responsibilities: + Produce and pack products according to specifications + Follow recipes and written instructions accurately + Maintain a clean and sanitary work area + Operate equipment safely and efficiently + Identify and report product defects + Work collaboratively under GMP, safety, and company guidelines + Perform other related tasks as assigned Requirements: + Experience in production, packaging, or general labor + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting + Familiarity with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) + Flexibility to work in various departments and adapt to changing roles + Strong communication and teamwork skills **Work Environment** + Clean, well-maintained facility + Temperature-controlled warehouse + May be loud depending on the area + Production involves handling fruit-based products **Compensation and Benefits** + Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour + Overtime: 1.5x pay rate + Job Type: Contract to Hire (3-month initial term) + Location: Santa Cruz, CA Eligible benefits may include: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with employer matching + Life and disability insurance + Health Spending Account (HSA) + Paid time off and sick leave + Tuition reimbursement + Employee Assistance Program **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
