Job Summary Fuel hospitality excellence with leadership that makes a difference! As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of dining outlets, ensuring quality service and team performance. You'll collaborate across departments, maintain Levy standards, and cultivate a guest-first atmosphere at every event. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred + 3+ years of experience in restaurant or food service management + Strong working knowledge of service operations and guest experience strategies + Proficiency with scheduling, inventory systems, and POS platforms + ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred Key Responsibilities: + Manage front-of-house service operations for dining outlets + Train, coach, and supervise FOH staff to deliver top-tier service + Collaborate with culinary team to ensure seamless food delivery + Monitor guest feedback and resolve service concerns proactively + Oversee daily cash handling, inventory control, and compliance + Maintain adherence to Levy service standards and safety procedures + Coordinate staffing and labor budgets in line with event demand Curious about Life at Levy?
