The Facilities and Services Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of workplace maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality office environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Facility Operations & Leadership
+ Oversees day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with policies, sustainability efforts, budgets, and service standards.
+ Provides leadership, employee supervision, and development for team members within scope of responsibility.
+ Service Delivery & Performance
+ Plans and manage workplace services-including maintenance, housekeeping, mail, logistics, and asset management-while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
+ Conducts quality assurance checks and implement programs to enhance operational performance.
+ Vendor & Stakeholder Management
+ Develops and manage contracts with external service providers and monitor performance against strategy and budget.
+ Leads and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership and stakeholders.
+ Strategic Planning & Compliance
+ Supports long-term business planning and execution of Workplace Services strategy.
+ Ensures adherence to health, safety, and security standards, and maintain compliance with local legislation and company policies.
+ Administrative & Financial Oversight
+ Manages invoices, reporting, and administrative tasks for the location.
+ Acts as primary point of contact for landlord, vendors, and Workplace Services tools/databases.
Basic Qualifications
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance and/or workplace services

+ Demonstrated willingness to take initiative and step beyond core responsibilities to support broader Workplace operations.
+ Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
