Necesitamos un Especialista en Relaciones con Clientes Hispano capaz de mantener y fortalecer la relación con nuestra base de clientes hispanohablantes. El rol es completamente remoto y no involucra llamadas en frío ni ventas directas.
Responsabilidades:
Gestionar y dar seguimiento continuo a las solicitudes y consultas de clientes existentes.
Establecer relaciones sólidas mediante comunicación clara, empática y profesional.
Asegurar que cada cliente comprenda plenamente los beneficios y soluciones ofrecidas.
Perfil del Candidato:
Excelente capacidad de comunicación y manejo de relaciones interpersonales.
Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, soporte o asesoría.
Comprometido con ofrecer un servicio excepcional.
