• Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing dispatch schedules, utilizing analysis skills for route optimization, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients.
• Your proficiency in transportation management systems and GPS technology will enhance operational efficiency.
• With a focus on logistics and fleet management, you will contribute to the seamless flow of goods, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of our supply chain operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with freight brokers and customers.
• Resolve freight-related problems both internal and external with brokers/shippers to increase customer satisfaction.
