Managing the product lifecycle, includingdefining requirements, setting product goals, leading and managing the entire product development process. Leading a small product team responsible for managing omni-channel menu items, pricing, promotions, refunds and customer support on digital ordering, tax calculations, store provisioning and management. Partnering with the Brand technology teams (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Habit Burger Grill), to define, drive, and deliver a product that will power the brands' omni-channel front-end experiences (website, mobile apps, kiosk, etc.) and well as instore restaurant technologies for YUM's 59,000 restaurants in 155 countries. Closely collaborating with User Experience and Engineering to identify solutions, prioritize the product roadmap and delivery commitments to the brands. Leading with the 'what' and let User experience and engineering teams' partner on the 'how'. Fostering a product culture within the team, establishing best practices around discovery, prototyping, continuous and rapid testing, and learning, with a relentless focus on delivering customer value. Building a high confidence cross-productroadmap plan for the brand consumers on requested features, identifying dependencies and negotiating trade-offs with the plan. Identifying and tracking Key PerformanceIndicators to measure success, use as an analytical basis for decision making to help focus on what matters most. Participating in scaled planning process across brands for the product,identifying commitments and deliveries for the quarter and updating the roadmap 3 quarters ahead. Leading new market discovery sessions defining new product capability needs, hardware and system integration requirements, and localization needs for market onboarding. Developing and managing timeline for new market implementations, accountable forcoordinating internal and external dependencies and delivering against established business goals/objectives. Focusing on employee development, including individual developmentplans/reviews. Position is based out of headquarters in Louisville, KY. Telecommuting permitted.
