Position Overview

LOGE Camps is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team. This position is a remote work-from-home opportunity, plus travel.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead property level marketing strategies and initiatives for all existing and future LOGE Camps locations
  • Develop unique marketing strategies and activations for each of the LOGE Camps location
  • Leverage current and potential new technology solutions to drive both the customer experience and revenue opportunities with gear rentals, value add propositions, and experiential events. Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Collaborate with creative teams and agency partners to develop compelling content and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts with agency engagement, including paid search, email marketing, paid social media and meta search. Analyze digital analytics to track performance metrics and refine strategies for better engagement and conversion rates. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies to implement innovative strategies.
  • Develop partnerships with like-minded brands to create impactful partnerships that build brand awareness and drive revenue to the hotels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership and event efforts into broader marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution
  • Partner with operations teams to coordinate all experiential event activations including concepting, planning, contract negotiations, budget, execution and post-event reporting and analytics
  • Set marketing goals and objectives, including KPIs and metrics, while tracking progress and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Sales, Food & Beverage, Operations and Revenue to ensure a seamless guest experience through all events and programming efforts

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with experiential brands
