Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.

The Opportunity
As part of the Deal Strategy team you support PE and corporate clients in developing perspectives and growth strategies in the M&A market. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You analyze market, customer, and competitive dynamics to inform a thorough view on the commercial merits of inorganically driven growth.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, or Computer and Information Science
- 7 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
