Job Title: Commercial Concrete Estimator
Titan Construction is seeking an experienced and driven individual for commercial concrete estimating. The estimator will provide leadership and guidance to projects, assuming overall responsibility for project estimating and pre-construction efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Ability to read plans, perform take-offs, site visits, gather quotes, and work
with subcontractors, manage multiple estimates, and coordinate with other
Titan divisions and personnel for projects.
● Once projects have been awarded, the estimator will lead operations and the project
team in a handover meeting to ensure project understanding, estimating
assumptions, and long lead items.
● Ensures safety standards and guidelines are followed while estimating
projects.
● Demonstrates understanding of customer needs.
● Collaborates with team and owners to discuss and resolve problems.
● To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily.
● Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing clients; provide
clients with accurate estimates and value engineering.
● Possess an ownership attitude and be willing to grow and mentor other team
members.
● Establish and foster positive long-term relationships with all business partners, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
● Ability to gather and understand project, city, government, engineer, and
architect requirements for estimating projects.
● Identify tasks to be accomplished to satisfy contractual requirements.
● Provides leadership in the initial planning stage by collaborating with clients and
other involved parties.

Qualifications
● High School Diploma/GED
● 3-5 years of Concrete Construction experience
● 3-5 years of Concrete and Earthwork experience
● Experience with Bluebeam or equivalent
● Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
