About the Role:

As a Clinical Psychologist, you'll play a vital role in the disability evaluation process for veterans. You'll conduct thorough mental health assessments, meticulously documenting your findings through a web-based system. Your expertise will provide crucial information to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, enabling them to make informed disability determinations. This is a full-time, hybrid (remote and in-person) position located in Little Rock, AR.

What You'll Do:

Review pertinent mental health history documentation and provide one-time, non-treatment behavioral health compensation and pension exams for veterans.
Capture responses during the exam through a web-based examination form(s); all documentation will be completed electronically.
Complete exams, which are then sent to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations.
Conduct assessments for common conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Utilize good interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
What You'll Bring:

A Ph.D. or PsyD, with a major in Psychology, from a doctorate or post-doctorate APA-accredited program.
Actively hold valid and unrestricted licensure as a psychologist.
An active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Basic computer skills.
Bonus Points For:

Prior VA or compensation exam experience.
