Job Summary
We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team focused on optimizing healthcare revenue cycle operations. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement, configure, and support Cerner's Revenue Cycle solutions, ensuring streamlined workflows, accurate billing, and optimized reimbursements.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare clients to analyze and improve revenue cycle processes including scheduling, registration, charge capture, billing, claims, and collections.
Implement and support Cerner Revenue Cycle solutions such as Cerner Patient Accounting, Millennium Registration, and Scheduling modules.
Perform gap analyses and recommend solutions to improve financial and operational performance.
Configure system components and workflows to align with client business needs.
Monitor key revenue cycle metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize revenue integrity.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support, addressing system issues and inquiries promptly.
Partner with clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across Cerner solutions.
Participate in project management activities including requirement gathering, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization
