Department: Ascension Ambulatory Contact Center

FULL Time- 40 hours per week- MIDNIGHT Shift @ 10:30pm- 7:00am- M-F with rotating weekends & holidays - Henry Ford St. John - Detroit

GENERAL SUMMARY

Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources., following a set standard.|
• Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities. | Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution. |
• Performs additional clerical duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
• 1 year call center experience preferred
• Experience multi-tasking with multiple computer programs efficiently
