Job Description

In this role, you’ll work directly with company owners, presidents, and entrepreneurs to guide them through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives: selling or buying a business.

• Act as the lead advisor and negotiator in the sale or acquisition of small to mid-sized companies.
• Build relationships with local business owners and investors.
• Conduct business valuations, market analysis, and confidential marketing efforts.
• Manage the deal process end-to-end, from engagement to closing.
• Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful transaction.

Desired Expertise

Our most successful business brokers come from a variety of backgrounds:

• Past experience owning or running a business (highly preferred).
• Background in sales, finance, real estate, consulting, or executive leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Licensed or willing to obtain necessary state licenses (where applicable).
