Nexeo HR is seeking a reliable and motivated Box Truck Delivery Driver for a direct-hire position in Las Vegas, NV . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road, working in event logistics , and helping with warehouse operations when deliveries are light. Responsibilities
• Safely operate a 26ft box truck to transport trade show booths, event materials, and rental items.
• Navigate marshaling yards and advanced warehouses for trade show deliveries.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for on-time drop-offs and pickups.
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo to prevent damage.
• Maintain delivery logs, fuel usage records, and truck maintenance reports.
• Assist in event installations, setup, and breakdown as needed.
• Pull, pack, and stage event materials and rental furniture.
• Maintain warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Support general warehouse duties when deliveries are light.
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but preferred).
• Experience driving a 26ft box truck or larger commercial vehicles.
• Ability to navigate trade show marshaling yards and adhere to event logistics protocols.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• MUST pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor.
• MUST have experience in trade show logistics , event production, or warehouse operations.
• Forklift, scissor lift, and rigging experience.
• Basic knowledge of truck maintenance and load securing techniques.
Pay
$44,720 Salary
Schedule
Day Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
*Nights and Weekends as needed
