Job Description

Position: Remote Bookkeeper
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and report on financial discrepancies.
Prepare year-end trial balance and work papers for tax return.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy.
Utilize QuickBooks Online Advanced to manage tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Advanced.
Previous experience working in international accounting and logistics.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
