Job Description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide essential support to individuals and their families by coordinating and delivering services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role includes conducting function analyses and assessments, implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and teaching adaptive life skills.

Responsibilities

  • Attend all scheduled meetings
  • Provide 1:1 oversight for Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Maintain documentation of services according to funders requirements
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA laws and accreditation standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Do you have Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with families, other professionals, and staff. This includes the ability to train and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). 4. Do you have Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with families, interdisciplinary teams, and other service providers to create integrated intervention strategies (e.g., within IEPs, ISPs). 5. Do you have Supervision & Training: Providing oversight and guidance to RBTs and other staff while ensuring proper training on behavior intervention strategies. 6. Do you have Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA laws, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards to ensure compliance. 7. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
